Both Regular Members and Board Members are actively sought by Hearing Loss Association of America, and the Oregon State Association (HLAA-OR).
To become a Regular Member of HLAA-OR, all you need to do is join the national Hearing Loss Association of America (HLAA) or become a member of a HLAA chapter in Oregon and you will automatically become a Regular Member of HLAA-OR. You are then eligible to vote in the annual HLAA-OR general election for HLAA-OR Board members.
HLAA-OR Board Members are elected by Regular Members and serve for specific and overlapping terms. In order to run for election, interested individuals must be members of the national organization (HLAA).
HLAA-OR is always on the lookout for dedicated people who would like to help others navigate the often initially confusing world of hearing loss. If you are interested or know of someone who might be, please fill out and submit the form below.
